Tips for Taking Your Catch Home

Bring a Cooler

A quality cooler with ice is the best way to transport your fish. We'll pack it for you after processing.

Flying Home?

If you're flying out of Campbell River or Comox, your fish will be bagged and packed for airline transport. A sturdy cooler or insulated fish box works best for checked luggage.

Freezing

Fresh salmon and halibut freeze beautifully. Vacuum-sealed portions can last 6-12 months in the freezer without losing quality.
